Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Call Crush, including the mobile app, website, token systems, listener features, and related support tools. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any Call Crush functionality, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines that apply to specific features.

Eligibility And Accounts

Call Crush is intended only for adults who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that activity on your account complies with these terms. We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear false, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise non-compliant.

Nature Of The Service

Call Crush provides a platform for voice-based social interaction and does not guarantee that any conversation, match, or listener relationship will meet a user’s expectations. Availability of listeners, call quality, response times, token pricing, and app features may change over time, and some features may be limited, experimental, region-specific, or removed without prior notice.

Tokens, Purchases, And Payouts

Certain features may require token purchases or may generate listener earnings subject to our internal rules, pricing, withdrawal thresholds, review checks, and payment partner requirements. Tokens are licensed for use within the service, are not bank deposits, and except where required by law are non-refundable once used. Payouts may be delayed, withheld, or reversed where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy breaches, or verification issues are identified.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass or threaten others, impersonate another person, publish deceptive profile information, exploit minors, attempt off-platform fraud, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform security and operations. We may investigate reports, moderate behavior, limit functionality, or terminate access where conduct creates legal, safety, or community risk.

Content, Reports, And Moderation

You remain responsible for the content and statements you share through profiles, messages, support submissions, and live conversations. Call Crush may review reports, metadata, and related account activity to enforce platform rules and protect users. We reserve the right to remove content, decline listener approvals, block access, or cooperate with authorities where necessary.

Intellectual Property

The Call Crush name, product design, trademarks, software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Call Crush or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited personal use of the service as permitted by these terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written permission.

Disclaimers And Liability Limits

Call Crush is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, network, or third-party system. To the extent allowed by law, Call Crush and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes, Suspension, And Contact

We may update these terms as the product, business, or legal environment evolves, and continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may also suspend, discontinue, or modify the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
