Privacy Policy

This page describes how Call Crush handles personal information across the consumer app, landing pages, support operations, and related administrative systems.

Overview

Call Crush is a voice-first social app that helps adults discover listeners, start audio conversations, and manage in-app tokens for calling features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to people who use the app, website, and related support channels.

Information You Provide

When you create an account, submit profile details, request listener access, contact support, or complete withdrawals, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, profile image, gender, country, UPI details, and other details you choose to share. We use this information to operate the service, verify accounts, process support requests, and maintain a safer community.

Usage And Device Data

We may automatically receive technical information such as device type, browser details, app version, IP address, session timestamps, approximate location based on network signals, token activity, and call-related metadata like connection time, duration, and participant identifiers. We use this data to keep the platform stable, investigate misuse, improve matching and performance, and understand how the service is being used.

Calls, Safety, And Moderation

Call Crush is built around live voice interactions, so we may process reports, blocks, moderation notes, trust-and-safety flags, and other safety signals linked to conversations. Where permitted by law and necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or platform integrity, we may review limited records associated with voice sessions or account actions.

Payments And Tokens

If you purchase tokens or receive payouts as a listener, we and our payment partners may process billing details, transaction references, purchase amounts, payout instructions, and account status information. Call Crush does not store full card details directly when payments are handled by external payment providers, but we may retain transaction history for bookkeeping, fraud checks, and customer support.

How We Share Information

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us run infrastructure, analytics, authentication, customer support, communications, payments, or moderation operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to enforce our policies, or to protect users, Call Crush, and the public from harm, fraud, or abuse.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business and safety needs. Retention periods may vary depending on account status, transaction history, unresolved reports, and statutory requirements.

Your Choices

You may request access to or correction of certain account information, and you can stop using the service at any time. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request deletion, object to some processing, or ask for a copy of your information. Some records may still be retained where required for fraud prevention, compliance, financial reporting, or safety investigations.

Children And Policy Updates

Call Crush is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes, and the revised version will apply when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
